ASAHI Fielder FC

The ASAHI Fielder FC Frontline Guide Wire is a classic frontline PTCA coronary guide wire developed by ASAHI, specially designed for complex coronary lesions such as stenosis and tortuous vessels. Constructed with an integrated stainless steel core and polymer jacket, it delivers outstanding slip performance, precise torque transmission and balanced support. The ultra-low 0.8g tip load ensures a soft and atraumatic distal end. A 3 cm platinum-nickel radiopaque segment provides clear visualization under fluoroscopy. Adopting a dual-coating system, the distal long-acting hydrophilic coating reduces intravascular friction, while the proximal PTFE coating guarantees stable pushing. It is available in straight and pre-formed J-tip configurations. With a standard outer diameter of 0.014 inch and two mainstream lengths (180 cm & 300 cm), it easily crosses severe stenosis, diffuse lesions and moderately tortuous vessels. As a preferred primary guide wire for coronary intervention, it is widely applied in coronary angiography, balloon dilatation, stent implantation and other routine & complex procedures.
