The Zebra Urologic Guidewire is constructed with a kink-resistant nitinol core and a distinctive blue-and-white striped jacket, delivering superior manipulability and outstanding intra-operative visibility. Equipped with a dedicated lubricious hydrophilic coating on the distal segment, it features low friction for smooth advancement and withdrawal. With balanced flexibility and stable torque transmission, and supplied with a torque vise as standard accessory, it easily navigates tortuous urinary tracts and impacted calculi, serving as a primary workhorse guidewire for urological endoscopy and interventional procedures.

Single Use OnlyThe Zebra Urologic Guidewire is meticulously designed for diverse complex urological clinical applications. Its high-toughness nitinol core delivers excellent kink and bend resistance without deformation during prolonged manipulation. The exclusive blue-and-white striped jacket enables clear observation of wire movement under endoscopy, while the platinum radiopaque distal tip provides distinct fluoroscopic visibility. This dual visualization design reduces repeated imaging and radiation exposure. The distal 60 cm section is coated with long-acting hydrophilic lubricious coating to minimize friction against urinary tract mucosa for atraumatic navigation. Paired with the included torque vise, clinicians can achieve precise torque control to traverse strictures, tortuous tracts and areas with impacted calculi, perfectly suited for a full range of minimally invasive urological interventions.
The guidewire is available with straight or angled tips, and equipped with a standard 3 cm flexible soft tip. The high-visibility platinum-nickel radiopaque segment at the distal end ensures stable fluoroscopic imaging. It comes in multiple specifications: mainstream diameters include 0.025 in, 0.028 in, 0.032 in and 0.035 in, with standard working lengths of 120 cm, 150 cm and 180 cm. Custom specifications are acceptable. The device is sterilized with ethylene oxide and designated for single use. Each box contains 5 individually packed guidewires, and a torque vise is included as standard accessory.

Yes. Adopting a kink-resistant nitinol core and hydrophilic lubricious coating, this guidewire has excellent flexibility and crossing capability. The standard torque vise enables precise steering, allowing it to navigate tortuous urinary tracts and severe strictures, and effectively establish access for impacted calculi.
No. This is a sterile single-use medical device. Reuse will damage the hydrophilic coating, striped jacket and core structure, and greatly increase clinical risks such as mucosal injury and infection. Re-sterilization and reuse are strictly prohibited to ensure patient safety.
