Segmented selective hydrophilic coating only covers distal working segment to balance proximal handling friction and distal trackability. Standard curves include straight, JL, JR, XB, AL, MPA with optional 0/2/4/6 side holes, effective length 45–120cm. Indicated for stent, balloon and rotational atherectomy delivery in single-vessel, bifurcation and calcified coronary lesions, establishing stable sustained access to target stenosis.
